About the Presenter
Tracy Spears is the National Consultant, Medical/Healthcare Industry and Director - Association Business Development for GreenFlag Profit Recovery by Transworld Systems, an MGMA AdminiServe Partner. She has been consulting with Transworld for two decades, has served as national director of training for the company, and is currently a Regional Director in Tulsa, OK. She wrote the article, "Top Ten Ways to Improve Collections" for MGMA's Connexion Magazine Nov/Dec 2005 edition and also presented an MGMA member Web-cast for MGMA members in 2006 and again in April 2008. Tracy has also written articles in The Journal of Medical Practice Management.
